REGION C PHASE II

Region C Phase II Wastewater Project currently includes North Twin Lake, South Twin Lake, Pigeon Lake, Still Lake, and some surrounding rural areas.

Construction is beginning. You may have already seen the contractor in your area staking locations for grinder stations and laterals. Customers included in the Phase II project should have already received a billing payment book for 2024. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to our staff.

To make the project possible financially the project has been separated and added a Phase III. The District is actively seeking a financial package that will allow them to keep the project cost fundable while obtaining a reasonable rate for customers.
