NOTICE TO EXTEND SERVICE AREA
Please be advised that the Board of Trustees of the LaGrange County Regional Utility District (“District”) have made a final determination to extend its service. The expanded service area shall consist of those properties contained in the current Regional C Phase III service area project (the “Extended Service Area”). Pursuant to Indiana Code § 13-26-5-6.5, the District hereby provides notice to all owners of real property located within the Extended Service Area of its intent to extend services to such properties.
